At DSS Aquatics, we specialize in live fish and aquatic livestock. Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of these products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

We do not accept returns of live fish or aquatic livestock under any circumstances.

2. No Refunds After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it is non-refundable.

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper tank conditions
  • Incompatibility with other fish
  • Customer handling after delivery
