Shipping & Live Arrival Guarantee

At DSS Aquatics, we take great care in packaging and shipping our fish and aquatic life to ensure they arrive healthy and in excellent condition.

Shipping Information

  • All orders are carefully packed using industry-standard methods to maintain water quality and temperature stability.
  • Orders are shipped via reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Shipping days may vary depending on weather conditions and livestock safety.

Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Policy)

We guarantee that all livestock will arrive alive and in good condition when the following conditions are met:

  • The first delivery attempt must be accepted.
  • Someone must be available to receive the package upon delivery.
  • The package must not be left outside for an extended period of time.

In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), the following steps must be followed:

  1. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos of the livestock in the original, unopened bag.
  3. Include a photo of the shipping label.

Failure to follow these steps may void the guarantee.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved DOA claims may be eligible for a refund or store credit at our discretion.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Weather & Shipping Delays

  • DSS Aquatics reserves the right to delay shipment due to extreme weather conditions to ensure the safety of livestock.
  • Customers will be notified if any delays occur.
